Modular or full-face for touring?
Both work. Modulars (Shoei Neotec 3, Schuberth C5) win on convenience at fuel stops and borders; a touring full-face like the Shoei GT-Air 3 is lighter and a touch quieter for the same money. Pick modular if you flip the lid open often, full-face if you mostly leave it on.
